What this is
Design Registration sits in Regilium's designs practice. What it requires in practice depends on your entity type, the state you operate in and the authority's current position, which is why we confirm applicability before quoting rather than after.
If it turns out you do not need this service, or a different one fits your situation better, we will tell you that at the first reply. It is a shorter conversation than the one that follows a filing nobody needed.
What the engagement includes

How it runs
Search first
Register searched for identical and deceptively similar marks before filing, because an avoidable objection costs months, not days.
Class and specification
Classes selected and the specification of goods or services drafted to cover what you actually trade in, not a copied template.
Filed
Application filed with the acknowledgement and application number sent to you the same day.
Prosecution
Examination report replied to within the statutory window; hearings and oppositions attended and reported back to you in writing.
Timelines are stated in working days and depend on the authority. Where a department is running behind, we tell you that at the quote stage rather than after you engage us.
Documents required
The exact list depends on the applicant category and the authority, and it is sent to you once — consolidated, not in a trickle. In almost every matter it starts here:
Questions we are actually asked
Can I use the mark while the application is pending?
Yes — from the filing date you may use TM. The ® symbol is only lawful once the mark is registered.
What if an examination report is issued?
It is included. We draft and file the reply within the statutory window and send you the report and the response in full.
How many classes should I file in?
Only those you actually trade in or have a genuine intention to. Filing across classes you do not use invites removal actions later.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because an honest figure depends on your state, category, capital and the authority involved. You get a fixed professional fee for your matter in writing before anything is signed.
