To answer your enquiry, to prepare and file your matter, and to keep the records that professional and statutory obligations require us to keep. Nothing is collected because it might be useful later.
Who sees it
The professional assigned to your file and, where a filing requires it, the authority concerned. We do not sell, rent or share your information with marketing partners, lead aggregators or resellers.
Enquiries that go nowhere
If you write to us and do not engage us, what you sent stays confidential all the same. You may ask us to delete it and we will, save for anything a statutory record-keeping obligation requires us to retain.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the engagement and for the retention period the applicable law prescribes for that class of record, after which it is destroyed.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no statutory obligation requires us to keep it. Write to info@regilium.com and we will respond within 30 days.
