GUIDES

The registrations most businesses need, explained properly.

One guide per registration: what it is in a sentence, why it is required, the process from first step to certificate, the documents, an honest timeline, and the mistakes that cause the delays. Written in plain language, and written to be read by the person who has to act on it rather than to rank for a phrase.

STATUTORY DEADLINES

The dates the law sets, not the ones we invented.

Four of the deadlines that most often catch a new company. They are prescribed by statute, they do not move because you were busy, and they are all on the calendar we hand over.

20 days Validity of an approved company name. File the incorporation inside it or the reservation lapses.
30 days To appoint the first auditor after incorporation, by board resolution.
180 days To file INC-20A, the declaration of commencement of business.
No cap The daily late fee on the annual ROC filings has no upper limit. It grows until filed.

Not sure which of these applies to you?

Describe the situation in a line and we will tell you which registration it actually is — including when the answer is that you do not need one yet. It is a shorter conversation than the one that follows a filing nobody needed.
