HOW WE WORK
This is the whole method — what happens between your first message and the certificate in your hand, what we commit to in writing, and what we do when an authority does something inconvenient. Read it before you engage anyone, us included.
THE METHOD
One line is enough. You are not asked to pick a package or fill a fourteen-field form before anyone reads your situation. If what you describe turns out not to need professional help, we say so.
REPLY WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS, MON–SAT
Before quoting, we establish what the law actually requires for your entity, state and category — and search the relevant registers where a name or mark is involved, because most rejections are avoidable and each one costs a week.
REGISTERS SEARCHED BEFORE FILING, NOT AFTER
Scope, the consolidated document checklist, the timeline in working days, the named professional who will hold the file, and a fixed professional fee. Government fees itemised separately at actuals.
NOTHING SIGNED BEFORE YOU HAVE ALL OF IT
Drafting is done by the assigned professional and reviewed by a second one before signature. You sign as the applicant; the responsibility for accuracy before that point is ours.
SECOND-PROFESSIONAL REVIEW ON EVERY FILING
Filed under our professional login. Every acknowledgement, SRN and challan reaches you the day it is raised, and departmental queries are answered within two working days of receipt.
YOU NEVER LEARN OF A DELAY BY ASKING
The certificate or approval, the statutory registers, and a compliance calendar with every date, form and fee for the coming year — whether or not you engage us for that work.
THE CALENDAR IS YOURS EITHER WAY
WHEN IT GOES WRONG
These four are the delays that actually occur, and what we do about each without being asked.
Roughly one in five first applications is refused for resembling an existing company or registered mark. We refile at no additional professional fee; you pay only the fresh government challan. Three to five working days lost — which is precisely why we search both registers first.
Resubmission remarks are ordinary: an address proof older than two months, a declaration format, an objects clause. We respond within two working days and tell you the same day the query lands, with what it says in plain words.
The clock pauses and we send one list of exactly what is outstanding — not a trickle of requests across a week. Work restarts the day it arrives, and we tell you the new expected date rather than leaving the old one standing.
Some authorities run months behind and no fee changes that. We tell you at the quote stage when a department is backed up, and we do not quote a timeline we have no basis for meeting.
WHAT YOU CAN HOLD US TO
Assigned by discipline before the engagement letter, with a direct line. You do not repeat your situation to a new coordinator each time you call.
If a matter needs work outside it, you hear what it involves and why before it happens — never as a line item at the end.
A fixed professional fee for your matter, with government fees itemised at actuals. No draw-you-in figure that grows.
Nothing you write at the enquiry stage leaves the firm, whether or not you go on to engage us.
A published figure for this kind of work is almost always a starting figure. It holds for one state, one applicant category, one capital band and one authority's mood — and the moment your matter differs, the number moves. That is where the extras come from.
So we quote your matter instead: the scope, the documents, the timeline in working days and a fixed professional fee, in writing, before an engagement letter exists. Government fees are shown separately at actuals, because they are the government's money, not ours.
If the scope has to change, you hear it before the work happens, with what it involves and why. Nothing is added to an invoice at the end.
STATUTORY DEADLINES
Four of the deadlines that most often catch a new company. They are prescribed by statute, they do not move because you were busy, and they are all on the calendar we hand over.
HOW YOUR FILE IS REPORTED
Every stage is reported as it happens, with the acknowledgement or challan attached the day it is raised. The panel below is a specimen of that view, not a live client file — an engagement at day zero looks exactly like this.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a walkthrough of the mechanism rather than a story about a client. We are a young firm and will not dress a hypothetical up as a case study — but you are entitled to know exactly what the fortnight after your first message looks like.
Two founders, a product, a plan to raise money next year. No form with fourteen fields, no package to choose from before anyone has read it.
You are told which structure actually fits and why, and if the honest answer is that you do not need us yet, you get that instead of a proposal.
Scope, one consolidated document checklist, the working-day timeline, the named professional holding the file, and a fixed professional fee. Nothing is signed before you have all of it.
Registers searched before filing, papers reviewed by a second professional, and every acknowledgement forwarded the day it lands. A registrar's query is answered within two working days.
The certificate, the statutory registers, and a first-year compliance calendar with every date, form and fee on it — whether or not you engage us for that work.
