FIVE VERTICALS · ONE PUBLISHED CATALOGUE
Most firms in this category list a dozen services and refer the rest out. Our catalogue is published in full so you can see, before you write to us, whether the matter you are carrying is one we handle. Where it is not, we say so.
GUIDES
One guide per registration, written in plain language: why it is required, the process from first step to certificate, the documents, an honest timeline, and the mistakes that cause the delays. You should be able to understand your own matter before you engage anyone to handle it.
Every filing we make is on the public record and checkable by you.
Fixed written scope and fee before any work begins.
One named professional per file — no call-centre hand-offs.
Government fees itemised at actuals, never marked up.
WHAT USUALLY GOES WRONG
The scope was never the scope. Work that was implied at the enquiry stage arrives later as separate line items, after you have already committed.
The name gets rejected. Roughly one in five first applications is refused for resembling an existing company or registered mark, because nobody searched the registers before filing.
Nobody owns the file. You explain your situation to a different coordinator each time you call, and you learn about a delay by asking.
HOW WE RUN IT
Both registers are searched before filing — MCA and IP India — because most rejections are avoidable and each one costs a week.
Scope, documents and timeline go to you in writing before the engagement letter. If a matter needs work outside that scope, we tell you what it involves and why before we do it.
One named professional holds the file from the first filing to the certificate, with a direct line. When the registrar raises a query, we respond within two working days and tell you the same day it lands.
THE PROCESS · PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY · 5–7 WORKING DAYS
Every firm publishes the happy path. Here is the whole path — the timeline when it runs clean, and what we do when it does not.
Two proposed names checked against the MCA register and the trademark register. Digital signature certificates issued for every director.
RUN filed with both names in order of preference. The registrar responds in two to three working days.
SPICe+ with MOA, AOA, declarations and address proof. PAN and TAN are applied for in the same submission.
Certificate of incorporation with CIN, PAN and TAN. We hand over the file, the statutory registers and your first-year compliance calendar.
Roughly one in five first applications is refused. We refile at no additional professional fee. It adds three to five working days on top of the usual five to seven. This is also why we search both registers before filing rather than after.
Resubmission remarks on SPICe+ are common — an address proof older than two months, a declaration format, an objects clause. We respond within two working days and tell you the same day the query lands. You will never learn about a delay by asking.
The clock pauses. We send you one list of exactly what is outstanding — not a trickle of requests — and restart the day it arrives.
ONE MATTER, ONE PROFESSIONAL
Most platforms in this category advertise “500+ experts” and introduce you to none of them. Regilium works the other way: a named practising professional is assigned to your matter before the engagement letter, with a direct line.
Assignment is by discipline, not by queue. An incorporation goes to the Company Secretary; a trademark objection to the Advocate; a tax question brings the Chartered Accountant in — and we tell you when that happens and why.
You keep that line for the duration of the matter. When the registrar raises a query, it is answered by the person who prepared the filing — not relayed through a coordinator who has to read the file first.
PUBLIC RECORD
The certificate of incorporation and our registration particulars sit on a page of their own, so you can verify the firm on the MCA register before you send us anything.
Company documentsAnyone can claim experience. Very few firms in this category will hand you the means to check them before you have paid anything.
Open the MCA register, look us up, and the master data should match what we publish exactly. If it ever does not, tell us — that is our problem to fix.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. You need a utility bill not older than two months and a no-objection letter from the owner. We provide the NOC format.
Two directors and two shareholders minimum; the same two people can be both. At least one director must have stayed in India 182 days in the previous year.
Per director: PAN, Aadhaar, a photograph, and a bank statement or utility bill under two months old. For the office: the bill and NOC. One list, sent once.
We refile at no additional professional fee; you pay only the fresh government challan. It adds three to five working days.
Form 20A within 180 days, auditor appointment within 30 days, director KYC by 30 September, and the annual filings after your AGM. All of it is in the calendar we hand over.
Because a real figure depends on state, capital, applicant category and the authority involved. We quote your matter in writing — scope, documents, timeline and a fixed professional fee — before any engagement letter.
STATUTORY DEADLINES
Four of the deadlines that most often catch a new company. They are prescribed by statute, they do not move because you were busy, and they are all on the calendar we hand over.
HOW YOUR FILE IS REPORTED
Every stage is reported as it happens, with the acknowledgement or challan attached the day it is raised. The panel below is a specimen of that view, not a live client file — an engagement at day zero looks exactly like this.
Scope, document checklist and expected timeline, in writing. A practising professional replies within 24 working hours, Monday to Saturday.
